Welcome to 177 Forest Grove in beautiful Sherkston Shores. Our cottage is conveniently located in the heart of the park directly across from all the amenities including the General Store, LCBO, arcade, restaurant, pool and water slides, mini putt, basketball courts and so much more. Enjoy the summer weekend concerts without having to leave the deck as the concerts take place directly across from our cottage in the soccer fields. 

Our home away from home is pet and smoke free with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an add-on room which includes a pull out couch. All 3 bedrooms feature double beds sleeping a total of 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including a Keurig machine, kettle and toaster. Full eat-in kitchen which seats 6 people comfortably with additional seating outside on the deck. There is a 4 piece bathroom (tub, shower, toilet and sink). Our cottage has a brand new AC/heat combo keeping you cool on those hot summer days and warm on the spring/fall days.  It is also equipped with high-speed internet and cable TV. Our add-on room has a TV which sits upon an electric fireplace and is also equipped with board games for the family to enjoy. 

The outdoor space includes a dining table with 6 chairs on the top tier of the deck with a sofa and 2 chairs on the bottom tier. The propane BBQ sits nicely on the bottom tier of the deck as well. (1 propane tank included in the rental price). Enjoy the evenings around the firepit that includes 4 comfy chairs surrounding it. Designated parking for 2 cars in front of the cottage. 

The cottage rental comes with a lifted golf cart that seats 4 people. Drivers MUST be 25 and have their G licencing. 

What to bring:

• Towels for both shower and beach

• Toiletries

• Paper towels and toilet paper (we include 1 of each for your stay)

• Garbage bags (we include 1 for your stay)

• Food and drinks

• Beach chairs and beach toys

• Sunscreen, bug repellant

• Cooler

• Dish soap and hand soap ( we leave a small bottle for your stay)

• Keurig pods (we include 3 for your stay)

Any other items deemed necessary by the guest for their enjoyable stay.

Security deposits are due upon booking and will be returned upon inspection of the cottage within 72 hours. If any damage is made or the trailer is not left as it is found, the owners will not return the security deposit.
